New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items.
To return any merchandise, customer needs to e-mail us requesting a return authorization number. Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
